🇿🇦 Jessica N. – Cape Town, South Africa
"I met Sharna at my local Pilates studio and had massage therapy and movement therapy with her for many months spread out over 2 years. I was struggling with neck pain, back pain, sciatica, piriformis pain, and other muscle issues from years of sitting with terrible posture. Her massages were unlike anything I have ever had- she was able to target the exact muscles that were causing the problems and gently release them, all without causing me pain in the process. Further, through both the massage sessions and private pilates/ movement therapy sessions, she figured out which muscles were not firing properly and thus causing muscle imbalance leading to my various aches and pains, and created simple exercises to "wake up" these muscles. She always patiently answered my questions and explained what she was seeing; and the result now is that I am pain free and so much more conscious of my body's movements and what my muscles are doing. Sharna is incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and how the body functions. She is kind, easy going and passionate about helping people. I learned so much from her. Strongly recommend!"

"I was amazed at how personalized and interactive the online sessions were. The approach went deeper than surface-level fixes—it helped me understand my movement habits and how to improve them. The flexibility of doing it all from home was a huge plus."
